Kyudo Notebook: Yasuridou II

Drying out overnight everything seems OK. The only note for next time is that the tou from Koyama isn’t just flattened at the top end, it’s also shaved in such a way as to create a wedge shape on the lower side. Obviously the idea is to slip that under the loop just below, but I didn’t realize it at the time, and as it dried a little horizontal gap opened up between the very top wrapping and the second-from-the-top. It’s no big deal, but next time be sure to take that into account.
